
Yesterday I attended an information session about MCBT, or Mindfullness Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I will be embarking on a 10-week journey to enlightenment (see, I already have the obnoxious lingo down!). I was referred to the program by U of T's psychological services, of which I can't speak highly enough. To all of you soon-to-be graduates, take advantage of this invaluable resource if you need to address anything.
Anyway, back to MCBT. Upon glancing over a questionaire I had just completed, my counselor asked "So how do you think 3-4 cups of coffee per day affects your anxiety?" Talk about a leading question! If she says anything more about my caffeine intake, I'll refer her to the preceding chart.
